GreenPP – Establishing Green Prison Pathways Through Staff Training,
Reinsertion Green Skill Building & Community GreenLinks

The GreenPP project aims to align the E-SeaP (European Sustainable Energy Award for Prisons) programme with current advances in green initiatives by fostering a culture of sustainability and green practices within prisons.
This will be achieved through green competency training and education for prison staff and trainers, offering high-quality, participatory and digital approaches adapted to the needs of target groups.

The project also seeks to enhance the green skills of offenders in key areas to improve their employability and reintegration after incarceration, creating green career pathways and addressing labour shortages in the green sector.
